Payment Policy:

All Reservations require a 50% Deposit due within 30 days of the original booking. The Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Receipt of deposit and/or full payment is acknowledgement that you have read and accept the deposit, cancellation and refund policy.

Cancellation/Refund Policy:

There are no refunds for cancellations. A penalty fee of $100 per person per day will be deducted from the funds received, with the balance applied to a future trip taken within one year of the original scheduled arrival date (New dates based on availability).
